Sony will cover the next FIFA world cup in 3D

Depending on the tournament results, as many as 25 of the matches will be recorded in the format using Sony's pro-level cameras. The electronics giant hasn't said how soon the 3D footage will be made public or in what formats. Read the annoucement here in Electronista.
