Technicolor's 3D plan is marching on
Technicolor planned earlier this year to release 3D movies on 35mm film. The first commercial agreements should be presented next week at ShowEast, but they already announced support from DreamWorks Animation, Lionsgate, Paramount, Overture, Universal Studios, ...
... Warner Bros., and the Weinstein Co., all of which aim to release pics in the format.
Fox (thus Cameron and Avatar) and Disney seems to have NOT endorsed the 'new' 35mm 3D format. Read the press release on Variety here.
