IC3D Call For Papers

One of the main pillars of 3D Stereo MEDIA is the Scientific Conference, where the science and engineering of the technological and artistic marvels of the future are discussed in depth. This conference is called the “International Conference on 3D Imaging”, abbreviated IC3D, and to be pronounced “I see 3D”, of course...

We are delighted to announce that the IEEE Signal Processing Society (www.signalprocessingsociety.org) has renewed its technical co-sponsorship of IC3D. With over 400,000 members, the IEEE (www.ieee.org) is the largest professional organization in the World for the advancement of science and technology.

We count on the scientists, engineers, etc. among you to submit their papers by the deadline of 3 September 2012. You'll find all the necessary information at www.3dstereomedia.eu/scientific-conference, including the Call for Papers.

The Call for papers

We would be delighted if you decided to submit a paper to IC3D in the area of “3D imaging”. The Call for Papers – with the list of appropriate topics – and other information about IC3D are found here under. The papers must be submitted by 3 Sept. 2012.

If you do not plan to submit a paper, we would also be delighted if you decided to attend IC3D. IC3D is one of the elements of the broader 3D Stereo MEDIA event, also dedicated to all aspects and applications of “3D”. The other elements are a Professional Conference, a 3D Film Festival, a 3D Film Market (of co-production), a 3D Academy (in 3D movie-making and stereography), the I3DS-Europe Awards (in collaboration with the International 3D Society based in Hollywood, CA), B2B Meetings, and a Gala Evening, to be held on Dec 3-6, 2012, also in Liège.
