Horror Screams Heard at Comic-Con Thanks to 'Silent Hill: Revelation 3D'

. Posted in 3D Blockbusters

Comic-Con was the proof that fans of ridiculously scary video games are no doubt counting down the days until the release of Silent Hill: Revelation 3D. The movie sneaks into theatres on October 26th, 2012 in glorious stereoscopic 3D format, just in time for Halloween. The second in the trilogy, this film was shot with 3D in mind, promising even more in-your-face horror than the first movie. A reporter was at Comic-Con to get a sneak peek at the action... And action was there... We got a new SHR3D clip too - watch it here under.

Silent Hill Clip (in 2D)

Silent Hill: Revelation 3D at Comic-con

While the filmmakers tried to use as little CGI as possible, preferring to use dummies or models, there were many scenes when it just wasn’t feasible. The task of feigning terror in front of a green screen fell to Clemens (pictured above), who prepared for each scene by screaming as loud as possible. She demonstrated for the Comic-Con audience and it was quite impressive.

Comic-Con will be back next year from  July 18 to 21 2013.
