Sony Orbis is the Next Gen 3D Console
Edge-online announces the (unconfirmed) 2013 summer launch of the next generation of Sony consoles: ORBIS.
Ratchet & Clank 3D on Playstation 3
As we reach the 10th Anniversary of Ratchet & Clank, Sony commemorates the achievements of the Ratchet & Clank saga with the announcement of The Ratchet & Clank Collection. This will contain Ratchet & Clank, Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando, and Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal – all remastered by Idol Minds, working closely with Insomniac Games. All three games support 3D stereoscopic display in 720p resolution on the Playstation 3 console.
Jak and Daxter in 3D in February 2012
Jak and Daxter: Collection comes with the first three games in the series: Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy, Jak 2 and Jak 3 in a single Blu-Ray disk will be available in February 2012.
BioShock Infinite goes 3D on the PS3
BioShock will be available with 3D stereoscopic effects on the Playstation 3 console. Word comes from Future Shop Gamer (USA) Tweets detailing today from the Destination PlayStation event in Scottsdale, AZ, USA.
Take 2 Interactive Software europe Ltd, the developer of Bishock apparently offered no word on the game's release date but we heard that it may be available in the next months.
